Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for any service, package or dollar amount. Custom made and pre-made gift baskets are also available for your convenience. Gift Certificates are not cash refundable.

Scheduling Appointments

Please call for an appointment in advance, the receptionists will be happy to help you. Due to the high volume of patients, it is easier to cancel an appointment than to get one right away. All booked appointments will be confirmed by computer automated email two days before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Due to staffing requirements and as a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance on appointments. There will be a $30 charge to your account for any missed appointment. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. Sorry, no exceptions.

Check-In & Late Arrivals

Please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment for first time patients in order to fill out the necessary paperwork.  All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest experience possible,as well as affecting other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment as this backs up all the other appointments and providers.

Payment of Services

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and cash. There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks. Solutions also offers a no interest payment plan, for aesthetic purposes only, called Care Credit that allows you to pay for your treatments on a monthly basis with no hidden fees.  A minimum purchase amount of $600 is required for a 6 month payment plan and $1000 for a year.  There will be no refunds on Care Credit but if one is approved by Solutions Management there will be a $150 processing fee that must be paid before your account is credited. We do not accept any form of insurance.


Your satisfaction is our upmost concern. Please note that package purchases are not refundable and we cannot issue cash refunds. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within one week of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services or it may be placed as a credit on your account.

Prescription Refill Requests

You can request prescription refills by calling Solutions Medical Center. We will try to fill your prescription in 24 hours however some may take up to 48 hours to process refills. Please plan ahead.


Solutions Medical Center is dedicated to helping you achieve your aesthetic, wellness & weight loss goals. We offer complimentary aesthetic consultations to better understand each individual’s skincare needs. Based on a private skin analysis and conversation, we partner with you to design a treatment plan that will best meet your expectations.


In order to achieve the high level of service that we promise our guests, we request that all guests be a minimum of 12 years of age and any guest under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent. We appreciate your understanding. We cannot be responsible for children while you are receiving a treatment. Additionally, babies and small children will not be allowed in treatment rooms. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment.


Solutions Medical Center is not a covered entity under HIPAA, but we take the privacy of your information very seriously. We make it a top priority to safeguard all of your information and to limit uses and disclosures of your information to only those purposes that your authorize, in furtherance of your treatment, or as otherwise required by law.
