Aesthetic Policies

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • A major credit card is required to reserve all appointments booked. Charges will not be applied to your credit card until after your scheduled appointment. You may use another form of payment during checkout.
  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any needed paperwork. 
  • 24  business hours are required for cancellation of your appointment to avoid being charged for your scheduled treatment. An email communication is not an acceptable form of cancellation.
  • NON-MEMBERS:  If you cancel your appointment in less than 24 business hours or fail to appear for your treatment, a charge of $100.00 will be applied to your credit card. 
  • MEMBERS:  Canceling your appointment in less than 24 business hours or failing to appear for your treatment, will result in a forfeited membership treatment for that month.
  •  If you are running late, you may be asked to reschedule.

PAYMENT

  • Payment for treatments/services are due at the time they are rendered. We accept Care Credit financing, cash, personal checks and all major credit cards. 
  • If you choose to use Care Credit Financing, a minimum purchase of $600 is required to receive six months interest free and a minimum of $1000 to receive one year interest free. 
  • There is a $30 processing fee on all returned checks. 
  • Series or packages of treatments that are discounted must be paid in full at the time of purchase in order to receive the discounted pricing. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: Prepaid treatments/services/injectables expire 1 year after date of purchase due to manufacturer recommendations. Laser Hair Removal packages are an exception and will expire 2 years after purchase date.

TIPPING AND GRATUITY

The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals. However, if you would like to tip your aesthetician, we ask that you use cash or VENMO them directly. We do not accept tips on credit/debit cards.

REFUNDS

  • Your satisfaction is our top priority. Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 7 business days of purchase. 
  • We do not issue cash refunds.
  • Aesthetic packages are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for procedures once they have been performed. 
  • If for some reason you are unable to use a pre-paid service (single or in a package), we will transfer your available Solutions credit toward another service with management approval.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are available for any denomination and may be redeemed for services, treatments, or products. 
  • Gift Cards or Gift Certificates expire two years after purchase date. 
  • Gift Cards or Gift Certificates for package services must be used by the recipient according to the specifications for those services.
  • No refunds will be given for gift cards or gift certificates.
